This plugin disables every type of background automatic update (for core, plugins, themes, and languages) automatically, without need to manually choose any setting or option.

It is a very lightweight, it has no settings, just activate it and it works immediately.

Instal·lació

Upload disable-automatic-background-updates folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
