Instal·lació
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/custom-upload-folderdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
- Use the Settings->Custom Upload Folder screen to configure the plugin

Only proposes to move in a folder on the media upload, not for the files already uploaded
It only proposes the assets folder and its subfolders. nothing else

This is a missing feature in WordPress. Having the custom folders and being able to upload via the Media Library is a great idea! Many thanks to Motekar

This plugin is one of the smallest but best custom folder plugin. Especially compared to all the options here that are only demo versions for their bloated pro versions.
